Que es confiabilidad para CAP™

Sólo personas confiables pueden construir auténticas relaciones de confianza.

La confiabilidad es una competencia medible y adquirible.

Se expresa en comportamientos tales como:

  • Aceptar responsabilidades, hablar con la verdad, regirse por valores, admitir fallas y errores, ser congruente entre el decir, pensar y actuar.
  • Cumplir compromisos y promesas.
  • Estimular acciones integras en compañeros y subalternos.

Su debilidad produce:

  • Contraproductividad: Maltrato a los clientes, difusión de rumores negativos, actitud conflictiva, liderazgo negativo y vandalismo.
  • Actos delictivos: La mentira, el fraude, el hurto, la deshonestidad y el dolo debilitan la confianza.

Esta aproximación conceptual se sustenta en la investigación científica internacional de avanzada.
